What we collect and why
When you send an appointment request, we collect your chosen branch, full name, mobile number, and optionally your email address, whether you are a new or existing patient, the type of visit, and your preferred days and time. We use this only to contact you and arrange your appointment.
Your branch, name, mobile number and consent are required so we can contact you. All other fields are optional. We ask you not to include medical details in the form.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Who sees your information
Your request is seen by practice staff at the branch you choose. It is stored using Lovable, which hosts this website and its database. This information is stored on servers outside South Africa.
When you send a request, your details are also emailed to the practice using Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes this information on servers outside South Africa.
Your rights
- Ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access to it.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Object to us processing your information.
- Ask us to delete your information where we are not required to keep it.
