Welcome. Here's what to expect when you visit us for the first time.
Your first visit
- When you arrive, we'll ask you to fill in a short form with your contact details, medical aid information and medical history.
- The dentist will examine your teeth and gums, and may suggest X-rays if they are needed.
- We'll explain what we find in plain language and talk through any treatment you may need.
- Before any treatment starts, you'll receive a written quote and we'll explain any co-payment.
What to bring
- Your ID document
- Your medical aid card, if you have one
- A list of any medication you take
Bringing children
We see children at both branches. A parent or guardian should come with children under 18 and bring the child's medical aid details.
Choosing a branch
Both branches offer the same general dental treatments. Choose the one that is easiest for you to get to.
