We accept all medical aids and most RCS cards.
Depending on your medical aid plan, some treatments may have a co-payment. We'll explain any costs before treatment starts.
How medical aid claims work
Bring your medical aid card to every visit. We'll check your details and submit your claim.
Your medical aid pays according to your plan and available benefits. If your plan doesn't cover the full amount, the difference is a co-payment that you pay at the practice.
If your benefits have run out, or a treatment isn't covered by your plan, we'll let you know before treatment.
Written quote before treatment
You'll get a written quote before treatment. You can send it to your medical aid to check what they will cover.
